Agenda Announcements: There will be no Consent Agenda as the item on the agenda Approval of Contract(s): Decision on Contract with Alliance Property Management for Management of the Courthouse Annex (Martel Low-Rise), has been withdrawn. Regular Agenda Item #4: "Public Hearing and Decision on a Resolution to Amend the Gallatin County FY 2006 Final Operating Budget for Receipt of Unanticipated Revenues of $60,420 From the Department of Homeland Security Assistance Firefighters Grant for the Willow Creek Rural Fire District" will be addressed before Item #3 "Public Hearing and Decision Regarding Hebgen Lake Estates Wastewater System Preliminary Engineering Report and Treasure State Endowment Program Grant Application", Regular Agenda Item #2: of 390,400 from Road Impact Fees for the County Road Department Road Impact Fee Fund will be continued indefinitely.
